GObyMM, Gentle objects by Martin Mestmacher wurde im November 2014, von Martin Mestmacher und Bodo Nicklas in der Nähe von Hannover in ländlicher Ruhe gegründet, wo sich auch heute der Sitz des Studios befindet.Für die zeitlose Designlinie steht Martin Mestmacher als Formsucher, Interpret und Neugestalter. Für die Koordination und Gestaltung der Prozessabläufe steht Bodo Nicklas, als langjähriger Freund und Geschäftspartner. Zeitlosigkeit, Wertschätzung und Aufmerksamkeit. Dafür steht das Synonym GENTLE. Das ist die Basis,auf der Martin Mestmacher immer wieder nach neuen Wegen sucht , Innovationen
hervorzubringen, die Menschen nachhaltig begeistern und bereichern. 2016 wurde die Garderobe COM:POS:ITION 2.2 mit dem Interior Innovation Award des Rates für Formgebung ausgezeichnet.
2015 und 2016 wurde Martin Mestmacher von der AD Germany unter die die 50 besten Designer
Deutschlands gewählt.

2016 the GObyMM wardrobe object COM:POS:ITION 2.2 was one of the winners of the Interior innovation award of the german design council.
2015 and 2016 AD Germany selected Martin Mestmacher among the 50 best german designer.
